Cancellation: All orders are final and non-refundable. Seller reserves the right to refuse to conduct business with any person or entity at any time and for any or no reason without liability.
Freight: Free freight will be determined by sales representative. Freight will be prepaid by Mosman Machinery Company, Inc. and added to purchaser’s invoice.
Freight Damage and Shortages: At the time of delivery, all shipments must be reviewed for damages or shortages. If a shipment appears damaged or short product, it is the receiving party’s responsibility to note such issues on the original Bill of Lading before the carrier leaves. Compensation will be at the discretion of Mosman Machinery Company, Inc.
Pricing: Pricing is subject to change without notice.
Product Offering: We reserve the right to change, modify or improve our products at any time without notice.
Financial Terms: New accounts must fill out credit application and agree to allow Mosman Machinery Company, Inc. to check vendor references, personal credit and business credit and/or complete the proper forms for their chosen prepayment method. If credit application has not been completed or approved all orders must pre-pay. Sole proprietors, partnerships, limited liability Partnerships, S Corporations; non-public C corporations must sign our personal guarantee to gain a line of credit with Mosman Machinery Company, Inc..
• Mosman Machinery Company, Inc. accepts checks, ACH/Debit, credit card and wire payments.
• A 1.5% per month service charge is assessed for all invoices over 30 days old.
• Mosman Machinery Company, Inc. reserves the right to place the debtor on “Stop Ship” or “C.O.D” without notice, in the event of default, remittance without sufficient funds or for any other reason. A $50 service fee will be assessed for all NSF checks or failed ACH transactions.
• Accounts with balances aged over 60 days will be turned over for collection. All collection costs and attorney fees will be incurred by the client if they are not paid as agreed. These fees will be 25-50% of the principal, depending on if the collection goes to court or not. Accounts turned over for collection will have a public notice filed for the unpaid balance placed on their personal credit report(s) of all guarantors.
